Our go to dinner around here is usually meat, a veggie and cous cous or rice. It’s a safe meal for Bo, fairly easy, and something we can all enjoy. Since this is the type of dinner we eat a lot I am trying to work on changing up the types of meat we eat and also different ways of preparing the meat. These are two of the most delicious recipes that I have followed over the last week.
Classic baked chicken. I followed this super simple recipe but did it with three chicken breasts and cooked them for 30 minutes. I also add a few sprinkles of a garlic & herb spice that I had. I made the gravy too and it was ridiculously good.
Easy pork chops. I followed this recipe and they were some of the best pork chops that I have made at home in a while!
