Hi! I’m Abby and I’m a mom to a two year old boy, Bo, with severe food allergies. Bo is allergic to DAIRY, EGG and NUTS. In many different ways food allergies provide a daily challenge for us. I am in no way an expert on food allergies but I wanted to create this blog as a way to document what is working for us, with the hopes that it will help other families going through the same thing. I am also hoping that through this blog I will be able to learn from others who are dealing with a similar situation.
